At Fitness Movement we combine a variety of training techniques in our daily fitness classes such as strength and conditioning, HIIT, circuit training and Tabata. Functional fitness movements help you get stronger, healthier, leaner and compliment your daily lifestyle.

Our classes are fun, challenging and simple enough that everyone can do them no matter what age, gender or fitness level they’re in.

I have worked with a variety of personal trainers and there is no one like Claudia. Her newly opened space is the most pleasant environment in which to achieve your fitness goals!
