Group classes are fitting for those who like working out with other people for motivation and encouragement as well as having access to a lot more times during the day to choose from. Our group classes are similar to our personal training. We learn individual clients needs and concerns and we make sure to accommodate and modify when necessary.

Our classes are fun, challenging and simple enough that everyone can do them no matter what age, gender or fitness level they’re in.
